Unzip the mods into a folder where you can find them
Open MCPatcher
Add each mod by going to Mods > Add in the following order
	minecraftforge-universal (required)
	WirelessRedstone (required)
	ReiMinimap (optional)
	Optifine (optional)

	Then click Patch

	Drop EnchantingPlus 1.5.1 (required) and InventoryTweaks 1.54b (optional) into your .minecraft/mods folder
